Preset the hair in the center. Use your favorite brush to completely dry hair. Take a medium to large curling iron in 1 ½ by 1 ½ inch sections and curl the bottom 2/3’s of each section. Separate with David Groshen Hair Polish and for fine hair set the style with David Groshen Finishing Spray. |
